My Role: As the Technical Writer for What’s New in Microsoft Teams, I created and maintained release notes that informed customers about the latest features, enhancements, and updates within the platform. My role required translating complex technical details into clear, concise, and user-friendly content that helped customers quickly understand the value and functionality of new updates. Using tools such as C3.ai CMS, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office 365, XML, Markdown, and Microsoft Teams, I collaborated with product managers and engineers to ensure accuracy and consistency across documentation. This project played a key role in keeping users engaged, informed, and empowered to take full advantage of new capabilities in Microsoft Teams.
