My Role: Global Product Manager of Microsoft Teams for Education, Mike Tholfsen, required assistance in publishing monthly blog posts. It was my duty to take the document written by Mike and his team and input the content into the post, scheduling it for release. Mike acted as a go-between with junior product managers and associates to organize what features they wanted to present and the media that would be included. Because I was a contract worker, I had to log into Mike’s account to distribute the blog post.
